My Lead Character in "Seducing the Masseur"

 For my lead character, I chose Anne Brown as a name - simple, ordinary, and nondescript - boring, even. I wanted to emphasize her relatively drab life and humdrum existence. I decided to not make her a perfectly shaped glamourpuss, with an amazing body for a thirtysomething, although I did make sure she went to the gym prior to the start of the story, so at least her body looks half-decent.

One of the issues of telling stories about older women is the fact that their bodies might not be so va-va-voom as a younger woman's awesome hotbod. This means having to be a little more emotional and sensitive in the sex scenes, so that she can have time to overcome her body issues in front of the masseur hotboy and eventually let go into pleasure and sexual confidence.

If I had done this badly, she would either have been unrealistically turned on too fast to be believable, or else I would have had to tone down the sex, dialling it down to reflect an older woman's prerogatives and sensibilities, which might then necessarily turn it into a sex session that was much less hot. That, in turn, would then create further issues of introduces romance into the session, when this is merely a massage with a guy she just recently met, to whom she has yet to make a commitment.
