Where I Got the Idea for "Competitive Cheerleader" From

Today I would like to talk about where I got the idea for "Competitive Cheerleader" from, in particular the rather run-down downtown community civic center where my protagonists, Angela and Patrick, get hot and heavy with each other.

Near to my house is a sports center, a typical local council-run affair, with an outdoor swimming pool on the roof. Around the Olympic-sized swimming pool are slightly grim-looking cement or concrete stands with railings at the front, built for spectators to watch swimming races. Every time I have ever swum there, the stands are completely empty, and rather forlorn-looking, as if their glory days are something that belong to the past. My local sports center is still popular and lots of ordinary people use it, but it is by no means exclusive in any way - the gym used to have equipment that had seen better days, the aerobics place doubles as a municipal mini-arena for all sorts of local events, and, as well, there is a dance hall for Latin American evening classes that is quite small, tucked away up some stairs, and rather nondescript.

I decided to invent such a place for my characters to have a competitive cheerleading contest - the type of sport that doesn't attract thousands of spectators because it isn't as popular as soccer, tennis, basketball, or other sports, but will attract a decent-sized crowd where about half the stadium seats are filled to see the contest. I wanted the whole place to have a kind of "local community center" vibe to it, in my imaginary small American city; a kind of "municipal" atmosphere, where local events happen but nothing of any national importance ever takes place there.

In addition, I want it to be under repair and reconstruction, to make it look even more shabby. In this way, it is unlikely that anyone of any importance will barge in to the scene where Angela and Patrick are having sex. Where better to experience roaring passion than in some nondescript changing room in some run-down local sports fscility?

With this, therefore, now in place, the scene is set for some sexy fireworks!
